Photo 2: The front again – square on, as far away as possible with a clear view. Please show the roof height.

Photo 1: Of one clear front corner of the property – from a diagonal angle. We need to see the roof height too.

Take the floor-to-ceiling measurement of the top floor.

Handy hints

1. Make sure you take digital photos, and that they're easily downloadable onto a PC.

2. You must have these 4 photos and 1 measurement as a minimum. However, you can include more if that helps your proposal.
